WTJ attorneys Marshall Whitney and Jacob Sarabian successfully represented a local physician and his wife after a three-week jury trial resulted in a defense verdict. The plaintiff’s initial complaint sought millions of dollars in damages arising from the alleged unlawful trimming of trees in the Pebble Beach community. After a three-week trial, the jury’s verdict was returned in less than one day of deliberation and was a total defense verdict.
