Paul practices complex commercial litigation and bankruptcy law, with experience in federal and state courts, appellate forums, arbitration, and administrative proceedings. Paul manages all phases of litigation and currently represents a variety of individuals and organizations, including major agricultural companies, financial institutions, and government agencies such as municipalities and water districts.

Paul’s litigation experience includes intellectual property and trade secret actions, shareholder derivative suits, business torts, water disputes, and other commercial litigation claims. In bankruptcy court, Paul represents clients in contested matters, adversary proceedings, and appeals before the Ninth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel.

During his career, Paul has obtained many favorable outcomes in federal, state, and bankruptcy courts. Prior to entering private practice, Paul served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable William J. Fisher in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Minnesota.
