Anna Barcus Allen,

Prior to joining WTJ, Anna was an Associate in the Business and Employment Practice Groups of Baker Manock & Jensen, PC, where she started her legal career as a Summer Associate in 2014.
Anna has successfully counseled clients in the matters of business, real estate, employment, agriculture, corporate governance, finance, and healthcare. Anna’s practice involves negotiating a wide variety of business agreements and transactions, including real property purchases and sales, leases, mergers and acquisitions, and settlement and employment agreements, as well as physician and service agreements with various hospitals and medical groups.
Anna also has extensive experience in counseling clients on compliance with state and federal wage and hour matters, the Americans with Disabilities Act, as well as anti-harassment and anti-discrimination regulations. Anna regularly provides anti-harassment and anti-discrimination prevention training for employers, in accordance with California AB 1825.

Anna was selected for inclusion in the Northern California Rising Stars list from 2018 through 2022 for her primary area of practice in business and corporate transactions.

Anna serves as Director and Vice President of Katey’s Kids. She has also served as the Director of Exceptional Parents Unlimited.
