Whitney, Thompson & Jeffcoach, LLP, is looking to hire a litigation attorney to join our firm as an associate or a partner. The ideal candidate would have at least two to ten years of experience in business and/or employment litigation, including substantial case management as well as direct client development/service. The candidate should have prior court experience, including written discovery and motion practice, and preferably have deposition experience. Responsiveness and dedication to providing the highest level of client service are a must. Candidates should also have excellent analytical and writing skills, interpersonal skills, and strong academics.
Requirements:
- California State Bar License, active and in good standing
- At least two years of experience in litigation
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
- Interest in independently managing cases and developing client relationships
Competitive salary with benefits, starting at $120,000 and increasing (depending on experience and qualifications).
