Kristofer was raised in rural East Tennessee, and his early life outside the bustle of big-city culture shaped the grounded perspective and strong work ethic he brings to his role. This is all complemented by his field experience in the industry, including an understanding of the complexities of regulatory and technical environments. As he works toward building a career in civil litigation, Kristofer combines his analytical background in science with his passion for advocacy and problem solving.
Outside of the office, Kristofer enjoys skiing and playing guitar—activities that help him recharge and bring fresh energy to his legal work.
Experience
Kristofer worked at Eastman Chemical Company, where he gained practical insight into complex regulatory and technical environments. He is currently enrolled at Santa Clara University School of Law, where he serves as a Technical Editor for the Santa Clara Law Review, reviewing and verifying legal citations and footnotes for publication.
Credentials
Kristofer earned his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from East Tennessee State University, graduating magna cum laude. While at ETSU, he was recognized as an Academic Presidential Scholar. He has received both the Witkin Award and the CALI Excellence Award for his work in Appellate Advocacy.
