Laura E. Devane joined WTJ in 2025. Specializing in employment and labor law, Laura is known for her sophisticated counsel and exceptional track record in resolving complex workplace challenges. With extensive experience representing employers across industries, Laura partners with clients to develop proactive solutions that align with business goals while mitigating legal risks.

Experience

Before joining WTJ, Laura worked at a worldwide labor and employment law firm in Fresno, as well as a national law firm in Minneapolis, Minnesota. With years of experience in employment litigation and compliance, Laura has successfully represented companies in matters involving discrimination, harassment, wage and hour disputes, and workplace policies. Her client-centered approach focuses on building relationships and empowering organizations to foster positive workplace environments.
