Specializing in civil trial practice, Jim has nearly 40 years of experience prosecuting and defending an extensive range of cases in both state and federal courts, including substantial jury trial experience. These cases have included employment law, professional liability, commercial business disputes, lender liability, personal injury, environmental contamination, insurance coverage, and school liability. Jim has also gained significant experience in addressing sensitive labor law issues for business clients, as well as educational and mental institutions. He is the author of several articles on sexual harassment in the workplace.
