Courtney McKeever came to WTJ after more than seven years at Baker Manock & Jensen, PC, prior to which she worked in corporate and securities law for a large international firm. Ms. McKeever’s areas of expertise include real estate, general business law, ag business, entity formation, and business sales and acquisitions. She regularly assists her clients with the sale, acquisition, and/or lease of agricultural, commercial, and industrial properties. Ms. McKeever has participated in large and small business sales and mergers. She also regularly assists her business clients with business contracts of all types.

Courtney is a member of the Fresno and San Luis Obispo County Bar Associations, the Fresno and San Luis Obispo County Women Lawyers, the California State Bar business law section, and the Cal Poly – San Luis Obispo Alumni Association. She has been named a Northern California Rising Star by Super Lawyers since 2015.

In her free time, Courtney loves running and spending time with her husband and kids hiking, at the beach, or wine tasting.

Experience

Courtney’s practice focuses on the representation of business and agribusiness clients with contracts of all types as well as the formation and governance of corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships. She also assists business clients with on-going issues, including sales and acquisitions of assets, leases, and employment agreements.
