Prior to joining WTJ law, Braden worked as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Michael P. Villani, Presiding Criminal Judge of the Eighth Judicial District Court in Clark County Nevada. In law school, Braden developed a passion for business law, particularly disputes arising from employment contracts. At WTJ, he works primarily with the litigation department. Outside of the office, Braden enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, snowboarding, and writing short stories.

Honors & Awards

In law school, Braden served as Co-President for his school’s Business Law Society and graduated with honors. He made the Dean’s Honor list in every trimester and earned awards for academic excellence in both civil procedure and advanced legal writing. During his last trimester in law school, Braden was inducted into the National Order of Scribes in recognition of excellence in legal writing.

Publications & Blogs

Braden authored a case note critiquing recent changes to California’s independent contractor law. Pepperdine University School of Law published this paper in its Journal of Business, Entrepreneurship and the Law.
